The hotel offers very basic but clean rooms with fresh towels daily. The service was lacking, especially at the reception. The location is good for city center access but not ideal for the slopes. The dining experience was satisfactory with a decent variety of food.
The hotel room was lovely, clean, and spacious, ideal for a family of 4. However, being situated above the onsite nightclub led to a disruptive night with loud bass until early morning. Overall, a mixed experience for a supposed 5-star hotel.
The hotel offers convenient ski/boot storage for all guests and provides a clean and new room, although it lacked some housekeeping attention. The room was spacious and impeccably clean due to its newness, but it was often cold, both day and night.
